Security will allow you after checking your appointment time. You need to go to token counter. They will collect documents and pin them, write a token number and give it to you.nnThen you will be asked to go adjacent room. They will call your token no. Your documents will be scanned and photo will be taken. They will ask you to check if all the details are correct. They will get signature.nnNext, you will have to go Verification section where they will verify your original documents.nnFinally you need to go to first floor where the officer will check your application.nnNice experience. It will take maximum 30 mins.

I went for my passport re-issue, security person was very kind at directing as to where to go, the staff were incredible, they were helpful, friendly and good at their work. Their system was lagging for a while, but all of them dealed it with patience while keeping everyone at ease. I'm very happy with their services, and I got my passport at home the very next day. Thank you Puducherry PSK!

I am not from pondicherry I am from tamilnadu but I am work herenFor last 4years I am having passbook and maintaining up to today date in pondicherry hdfc bank ..one lady staff who is first floor she don't know how to treat the people she is very rude and toooo bad Passport office some staff especially first that lady ..
