Very Bad Response, The have only one land phone, that is always busy, some times it rings but no one picks the phone, very rarely we get line to talk with them, and we never get the people as they promised, They Promise next day the technician will come, but no one comes or calls, again we try to get the service center on phone, it took 4 hours to get them on phone, literally from morning 9.00 am to 12.00 noon I was continuously calling to get them on line, after 12.00 noon I get them and they said sorry all the technicians are busy we will call you next day, same thing happened next day... I think they are not interested... I don't know ONIDA is a very good company how they are keeping such a very bad service agent

Worst service evr .....dat technician s d worst guy i hav ever seen....no one shud buy onida ac ever.......dey came fr repair aftr begging technician 1000 times nd took money to fill ac gas wch gt ovr nxt day itself bcoz dey didn fix leakaga properly.....den dey came again nd told dat d problem s vth indoor filter nd removed my ac nd went nd it hs been 3 weeks now nd no one returned....wenever i call dey keep saying dat dey wil cum now nd nd den but no reply till now..dat guy s literally playing.......i think i wil hav to giv a policencomplaint now
