Love the freshness and hot cheesiness of the pizzas. They are still improving their app ordsrs management, everything else is fabulous.

The service at this particular outlet is not up to the mark. The food is standard as per other outlets. But go with a mindset to wait long than told without any tracking and if you ask the counter billing executive about order status they will rudely reply to wait and pizza takes time to make as if we are eating for the first time. I have tried all options i.e. Home Delivery, Pickup and Dine In as found the service quality same in all cases. Recent case wherein i ordered pizza with a pickup option. I hd to wait for 20mins more after the app had already shown that order is ready for pickup. Choose wisely.

I have visited this place many times, but this time ,my experience at the place pushed me to write for the manager ( Mr. Sunil ) and team (Specially Ms. Pushpa at desk ). Even though there was a small card payment issue, but Ms. Pushpa and manager Sunil handled it very well. And as they already realized that it got some time to get the order placed because of the network failure during card payment, they processed for my order on prompt basis.nThey are doing all in a well hospitalized manner, which is very much needed in the sector to keep the customer happy.nA big thanks to manager and the young polite spoken lady Pushpa for the service.n#keep the good work going on.
