The restroom cleanliness was horrible. There was a leakage issue in the toilet, the service staff simply asked us to keep the valve closed and did not address the Leakage. Our request for a room change was also not honoured. If you are travelling with kids, then don't go for the tent rooms. They don't have a separate toilet with doors and managing kids and using these restrooms could turn out to be adventurous.nnAnd believe me, this is no Resort. This is a Marriage Garden. People pay a good sum to relax at their resort and after checking in, you find that they have marriage happening right behind your room and the loud music is banging into your head till 1 am in the morning. They shouldn't do this at a Resort where people come to Relax. This is a loot by the Resort Administration.nnOverall the price is too high and the services and experience are very very poor and not worth even 2000/- plus taxes. I don't recommend this property to anyone and personally regret having checked into their resort!

Worst experience!nBlinds were torn off And outside person can clear see inside the room and hospitality person said sir no one will disturb you what the hell they said..!!nnToilets were unhygienic and uncleaned, poor buffet menu, front desk person kept my I’d and forget to handover when I called to send it to my place just 35 Km away from the resort I reside and they fails to deliver the same now it’s more than 12 days they have kept with the self and I doubly might they are miss using the same need to file a complaint against the property..!nPlease avoid here

Worst Experience ever.. They should convert their resort into a Marriage Garden. People book a resort for a relaxation on weekends..worst service, worst hospitality, no cleaning. Not recommended at all. Don't go on fake reviews and rating.

Thanks to Mr Surgan Director of resort for arrange extra bed and birthday celebration decoration views. Room was good and outdoor views was awesome for pic clicks. Food was good but staff services was too slow .After all every thing is good excellent .

1. Had to wait for 2 hours to get the room. Rooms were not ready and it was informed them that we will be reaching there at 11 and we got rooms at 1:00n3. no wifi working while booking they said there will be wifin4. no water in bathroom have to follow ip multiple timesn5. no intercom workingn6. noone to clean lobbiesn7. no fridge workingn8. Dirty pool water was stinkingn9. Fountains were not workingn10. No carts available we had to wait for more than an hour for cartsnnEven we called 30 times hotel staff to fix the thing but jot even once someone senior came and talked to us. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PATHETIC.nnTHEY RATE THIA HOTEL AS 5 STAR HOTEL BUT TO ME IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR TO 3 STAR
