I grew up just hours from this heavenly place. I've heard about it but this is my first time ever to see the beautiful grounds and views. Our families had a great day together here. We literally had a picnic feast high above the clouds. I hope the weather is as perfect the day you go. I'm sure it is beautiful all year round, but July is a great month to see this unique pink flower blossoming all across the hillsides. Be ready to be in awe of God’s beautiful handiwork. May worship spring up in your heart as you enjoy the magnificent views! Go and praise the Lord!

If only there were more stars to give this place! Shingcha is a very special place with a 5 star panoramic scenic view! The flowery hillsides are stunning. The scenes of endless mountain ranges and valleys are breathtaking! It is an ideal spot for a picnic. There are several wooden benches strategically placed at spectacular views. The roads from the Imphal/Ukhrul road are mostly paved for easy access. Some hiking is required to get to the best views. Views are well worth the short hikes. Overnight camping is available. Enjoy!

This place is completely different from other part of Manipur.There is a unique flower that blooms in month of june-july the local called it wuyawon.The weather here is mostly clouded throughout the year so suggest warm clothes on hand if you are visiting
