FRAUD!! Most third class trekking organizer. They took full amount before trek start. The guide, Milan, always demotivated us. And they provided cheap food on trekking. Some days, they have not provided any food in lunch and dinner. Guide always said that, they don't have money and facilities from Red panda. They were unable to provide us sufficient sleeping bags and tents.They have no rescue team. One of my friend was injured on trekking. They didn't help us. After completing the trek, they asked us for more money. They had threaten us for more money. We are now planning to file case against them.

I went on trek with them on end of Oct 2019. The owner is a fraud, initially he agreed for 8days trek and when I reached there he postponned the trek starting date by one day and asked me to do in 7 days. He promised to give 4 meals per day during the trek, but when we went up the scene was different, I was starving during the trek as most of the days we used to get 3 meals(lunch was skipped). And about the guide he has provided, the guide actually never walked with us, he was rude as well. we used to get late night dinners which was affecting my sleeps as well. This organization is a fraud one. I don't recommend anyone to trek with this person.

Worst experience. Everything was missing. Red panda tours was worst hospitality. Mr.pradhan was thief,cause he loot our money. Never ever contact RED PANDA TOURS AND TRAVEL

I arranged my trek on 1 day's notice, and took the recommendations of the company for a 4-day trek to see Kanchenjunga from Dzongri. I was a single person, and I was happy with my guide - he was attentive, and reasonably knowledgeable, though fairly new to being a guide. I was included with another group on the way up, which worked OK. On the way down, I was single with the guide. The overall experience was good.

This was the best-organized trekking-tour I have ever been to. From the very start to the end everything worked out very well and you get the best experience for a pretty good prize. The owner is a great guy who can also help with getting to Yuksom and back to your next destination. Our guide Milan was also very nice and helpful. If you wanna do the Goecha-La trekking tour, you should definitely do it with Red Panda. I have never regretted that decision. You can't organize it any better.
