The position of the hotel is very good. Mt Kanchenjangha is clearly seen from the balcony of the hotel as well as the Sleeping Buddha can be seen and enjoyed from the room. Lying on the bed of the hotel the Kanchenjangha is witnessed as if within close proximity. The hotel staffs are very polite without providing any service. They used to say sorry every time but forget to render proper service to the guests. Hotel rooms are spacious enough without the minimum facility. The electric geysers are in the room but out of order. There are so many electric sockets in the room but not a single socket is seen to work properly. The cistern in the washroom is not functional. There is no generator or inverter in the hotel. In case of power cut the guests will have to stay in room within dark. At night it is really horrible. The in house restaurant in the hotel is good but quantity of food served is very less. Rooms are not clean. On every complaint the hotel staffs will say sorry and also added that they are trying to improve the service. Don't know when these good days will come.

Location, service , food makes this place amazing. Wonderful view of Mt Kangchenjunga from closest proximity. Nice place from warm welcome to heart feeling goodbyes that lets you keep your memories alive and stringing.

Fraud hotel. Do not book it ever. I booked this hotel by giving advance. They gave me two mails, one for booking, one for confirmed booking. After then I called them to let them know my check in time but they denied my booking and said that they haven't got any booking. Then I replied d mail. Then also they disagreed my booking. They said to give me another advance to their account no. I have all the proofs. Hell experience

Lovely place in lower pelling. Fooding lodging options available. 900INR per head per day(breakfast+lunch+evening snacks+dinner).I've booked it through Pranay Pradhan's Oliver Tours and Travels. And it's an amazing experience indeed.

Budget hotel at lower Pelling . The rooms are big in size, nice supportive staff. The linen and hygiene is very good. Room service is also good. They are taking care of every need of guests. Love to visit again. You can view kanchanjungha pick on a clear day.
