I had some bad experience.. The staffs are not able to handle the pressure situations. So they show their anger to the customers, which is actually not good. Sometimes they actually forgot to respect the customers..nnSo it's important for them to give the training on soft skills , so that the staffs will know how to handle the pressure situations..nnI really urge you to work on this.. It's important as it's head branch of this district..Otherwise customers might switch to others..nnthank you.
