Poor maintenance & poor driving. No safety concisious

KPN Travels especially from Palani are not worth for running a transport business. This is ridiculous. The management is not capable of handling their business in a proper way. They just do the business for money instead of a service.nnThese people cancel the bus in the last minute and inform the customer to forcefully cancel the booking or ask ourselves to make an alternate arrangement.nnIf we ask for valid justification, then they reply back with we cannot do anything. Its a management call.nnWhy not the management pre-plan and decide if a bus need to be cancelled or not rather than waiting till the last minute. If only 2 tickets are booked for a day, is that the passengers problem for cancellation??nnWorried much to book ticket in this bug any more

Nice and flexible services...

Good Omni Bus services. The office at Salem is located just opposite to the new bus stand. It is on the main road and easily accessible. Their services was pleasant and punctual. They do pre booking online and they accept online payment. The driver of my bus was more obliged and responsible.

It's a big company now, grown faster but they hv not equally grown in customer service index, much needed to be done, but they have good network and connectivity, connecting lots of smaller cities and bigger hubs, that's y they are successful.
