i gave my tiago car for brake and clutch issue for 3 times. they didnt fix it. clutch still has problem. brake noise is still coming. on top of everything, they charge too much. they charge more than 1500 just for car wash and interior cleaning. they didnot even clean it properly. never go to this service center. these guys will never listen to you. we will know about this service center service quality only when we want to repair something. go here only if you want to pay more and get nothing

Went for my car's first service. Booked an appointment for service. They inspected the vehicle and updated the job sheet. They said for anti-rust coating can be done for the car. Since it's the first service, labour will be free. So, if I opted for coating, cost of coating only have to be paid. No need to pay extra charges and labour and all. I liked the way they explained. Opted for coating and it's done on time. Delivery time also was earlier than they estimated.

I went for my first service Tiago (Grey). Booked an appointment a day before. They inspected the vehicle and updated the job sheet. i opted anti rusting coating which was done perfect. But they didn't cleaned the mud and mat inside the car they told we use vaccum cleaner. While delivery dirt is still there in mats. And they used salt water to clean the front,back and side door mirror they just poured water and not cleaned at all small small round still in the glass. I had a complaint that driver side door handler one small spot left out paint while am taking car for the first time in showroom I found this . They contacted the respective sales representative and consulted other supervisor. And they finally told we don't have Grey coloured paint right now & respective painter was absent today and they told me to visit again after 10 days.

Worst customer service and delivery was always delayed. I think they replaced parts in my car with malfunctioning ones.

I am Tata Nexon XZ+ (P) owner. Last saturday 19.12.2020, I was travelling with my whole family from Chennai to Calicut (Kerala). Midway into the journey (220 KM), the vehicle started to vibrate and started losing power drastically. I tried contacting the road side assistance team, and they tried connecting me to 2 service centers. One at Salem (almost 80 plus KM forward journey) and Villupuram (90 plus KM backward journey). Unfortunately, Salem True Sai service center people denied sending the towing vehicle seeing the KM's they would need to travel. Villupuram service center agreed to tow vehicle to their service center, but I denied their service, due to the backward journey of 90 KM and also for not providing an alternative vehicle for my family to reach the service center (Offer from service center was to make my family sit inside my vehicle while towing back to service center). I called up Salem service center (True Sai service center) to inform, I would risk myself driving the vibrating vehicle towards their service center.nUpon reaching the service center and after initial inspection, I was informed, engine Oil had leaked into the spark plug and there was white smoke coming from the exhaust. Mind you, the vehicle has only completed 25500 KM and it's been only 2 years and 8 months since the purchase of my Nexon. Vehicle is still running under extended warranty . Last service was carried out at KLM motors in Guindy, Chennai during the month of June 2020.nI was informed by the mechanic at True Sai service center, the vehicle needs to be diagnosed to identify the real cause of the issue. Unfortunately, they informed me, the service center is loaded with many servicing vehicles and they cannot diagnose the vehicle on the same day, I was requested to look at alternative options for continuing my journey. (with no real help from service center for giving us an alternative vehicle as an option). After almost spending 4 hrs at the service center risking my 2 young nephews and my aging mother, we finally managed to book a taxi and travel towards Calicut.nnNow to the real issue, it's been 4 days since the vehicle went inside the True Sai service center and I have been continuously following up with the service center manager Abuthair for providing an update after completing the diagnostic tests to identify problems within a Nexon's engine, transmission, exhaust system. He still continues to say, the issue has still not been recognised and experts from Tata motors would look into the issue. It's been really pathetic to note the poor service provided at this service center in Salem and the customer needs to continuously follow up on the engine failure. Due to this engine failure issue and the delay in service, I'm forced to cancel all my travel plans right now. I was proud to have chosen Nexon vehicle, but with this engine failure and the poor customer service, it makes me feel otherwise.nnEdited post service of the VehiclennThough there was 2 week delay for getting spares for my Tata Nexon. The whole engine block was replaced with my extended warranty. True Sai Motors service center people delivered my Vehicle at Palakad without any Hassel.nnRegardsnPraveesh
