DBS Bank

Services like digital and tally integration was good but the customer service was really bad..!!! All the other banks have started functioning full time from July except for this bank..!!! They have a time restriction for transaction upto 2.00 pm and they have the audacity to reject the transaction even if we reach bank by 1.50 pm. Customer walkin is very very less when compared to other banks but still they refuse to do transaction. We hold a current account and we maintain transaction on daily basis. This is very rude for a private bank..!!! Even upon request they simply deny bluntly to the face..!!! Its a terrible pressure for customer like us to allocate time and manpower for this task..!!!

The best digital bank ever. The staffs comunication with the account holders very good. Thank you google for find the place.

I have using last one year for digi bank, Very good mobile app banking and fast transitions, Really very fast for SMS alert receiving from DBS even one rupees transaction. But need to be improved Net banking only.

i'm using 3 month very easy and fast transation ... more valuable option really i like
