I will say Aggie's cakes are absolutely delicious and I would most definitely recommend them to others regarding their cakes! The 2 star review is surrounding their anniversary tradition. Aggie's staff let me know at my initial consultation that they would bake us an anniversary cake for our 1 year anniversary so there would be no reason to freeze our cake. This was the first I heard of a bakery doing this so I was very excited booking them! Now I am nearing our 1 year anniversary, I called Aggie's a week in advance inquiring about the anniversary cake. The girl stated that they no longer bake custom cakes for their bride and grooms because they were getting so busy doing that. She also stated that they could not take any orders over the phone on Saturdays because they are so busy that day which I found a bit odd. They now offer you to come into the store and pick out a free cake from their display for the day. This may NOT be the same flavor as your wedding cake (ours isn't an option) which is extremely disappointing because we can't GO BACK. I hope they are more transparent with future couples.

Absolutely the most quintessential bakery you will ever come across. Vast array of special treats from cakes 🎂 to donuts,dumplings& pies. All made with care. Price point is phenomenal & I would definitely 👍 recommend a visit. Staff is SUPER friendly, patient & most helpful. Plan extra time to see everything.

Aggies did an amazing job for a cake and cupcakes for my parents retirement party. I no longer live in the Milwaukee area and had to depend on sending a few pictures and explaining what I wanted through email. It could not of turned out more perfect. They were responsive and professional through the whole process. My parents absolutely loved the cake. Thank you so much for helping make their night so special.

We got our wedding cake from Aggie's back in June of 2019. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. The quality and taste of their cakes were above and beyond that of any of the other bakeries that we tried. I would be a little hesitant to recommend them though. Maybe things have gotten better since our wedding, but the whole ordering process and day of wedding coordination was very unorganized. At one point when we went for a follow-up appointment to finalize details, they had lost all of our paperwork from our previous appointment. Then on the day of the wedding, the cake was delivered about 4 hours earlier than our agreed upon time. And instead of bringing the cake safely into the hotel through a service entrance, they wheeled it into the main lobby of the busy hotel on a luggage cart and brought it to the reception desk. They then sat there waiting in the lobby while calling the mother of the bride to ask what to do with the cake instead of dealing directly with the hotel safe to bring it to the correct location. For being a bakery that makes plenty of wedding cakes, they seemed to not understand how the wedding day coordination and process worked. Once our cake was finally brought to our reception space, we found a large gash through the bottom tier, which thankfully our florist was able to hide with flowers. So although the cakes taste great, I would be weary of using them for such an important day that relies on a schedule being followed and staff being professional.

We had the honor of having an Aggies wedding cake for our wedding! The associates in the bakery were so friendly and helpful. From start to finish they were there to answer all of our questions, and of course, the end piece was AMAZING!!! The cake was delicious and it looked beautiful. The decorator actually took decorations from our centerpieces and incorporated them into the cake! It was amazing. I could not recommend Aggies more. I will be flying home often just to get a bite of Aggies delicious pastries and cakes!
