Not even worth a single star ! They have cheated us. We got a box sofa set for 15500 after choosing a one one their upper floor, sitting and verifying. Then somehow we fell in the trap of getting new colour cloth changed for the sofa we chose and then to our surprise they gave us a complete different piece after 2 days which was just low graded box filled with very minimal cushion sponge. After 2 months of followup he just got one carpenter to open up the cloth add a little sponge pieces. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU DO LIKE SOMETHING GET THAT SAME THING WITHOUT ANY EXCHANGE OR NEW PIECE RIGHT THEN AND THERE.

They don't know how to handle customers. 5yrs warranty was given on a diwan cot. Initially wrong model was given which we had not selected. We asked for replacement but they didn't. After 2yrs wood was eaten by termites. With long arguments and frequent visits and calls, vishal sent a person for repair who asked for money else they know how to deal with the customers it seems. I wanted to complain but felt this review wil help.
