Very Poor Service.Cabs not maintained from inside. No commitment of time after booking. Drivers not in uniform and speaking in local language only. Charges very high and extra charges as drivers intensionally does late and takes long routes so that time gets waisted and they can charge more.Rude behaviour of employer faced for gaining more money if 2 mins be late after due time.Abusing language used if you have no change what we have to pay to after our day is completed.Total flop show and complain shared to just dial to delete such names from there list immediately.No local goodwill and only dependent on just dial for business.No good ratings from other travellers.

Trimurti Tours & Travels promised to drop at Varanasi Railway Station in Rs 200/-for 4 kms. But he forced us to pay Rs.550/- as he refused to alight our luggage. He said if not paid he will drop us back and we would have missed the train.
