Overrated! Staff has ruthless behaviour specially on cash counter. Narrow mindedness and shallow thinking can be very well seen on cash/delivery counter with way of dealing with customers.nIf you want good quality of sweets, food and service this place is definitely not for you.

One of the best hotel to visit in Sultanpur....nAll of their items are hygienic and tasty...nStrawberry Shake is a must try...nYou can also try their sweets....and their pastry....all are best....nIt is situated nearby carnival cinema....nSo give a try....if present their by chance.

Worst service. You wait for 30mins and still no person takes an order. And the payment system here is worst as they don't accept non-cash payments. Also for card payments they demand on extra 2% service charge which I don't understand why the customer should pay that!!!nAlso, on the good items front if you want to order a anything you will have to wait for 30-45 mins for your order to be served and in that also if you want to order pizza ensure that you go in such timings when there is power else forget about having one.nAtlast there is no guarantee that you will eat and go in the end.
