Angel's Spa & Ladies Beauty Salon

My mum is a regular customer of this salon.. its a nice place..they really give alot of attention and care... I visited this place yesterday and guess what.. they charged 4700 for keratin treatment and my hair length is not even till shoulder.. upon asking why is it this much i was told that because i have hair bleached and blonde coloured already.. if it would have been virgin hair then it would have been under 2500 .. well this does not make any sense..does it?nnI have noticed this before as well.. they have no rate card.. they charge in any form they want... I am not a resident here... I come twice in a year... I really appreciate the attention and care but charges are way too high for a place like chinsurah..nnSome one needs to look into this.

Inefficient,they don't know how to set hair.they told me waxing half length 350,while payment they told it is 450
