Wanted to share my recent experience with Reliance Digital Uttarpara branch. I needed a laptop charger urgently for my office laptop and though the outlet does not sell spare laptop chargers, the staff was very courteous and helpful in routing me to the nearest store where I could find a spare charger for my office laptop. Kudos to the instore staff for being so courteous and responsive. Very professional approach. Thank you :)

I would not suggest to buy any product from Reliance Digital. If you want to become fool please go there or else there are many option open.

Very unprofessional staffs. Visited 2 days to buy some product. Kept on asking for some staff to attend and provide information about the products. Most of the staffs where busy on their mobile and kept asking each other to assist but no one attended.nWasted 2 days but couldn't buy. Never ever experienced such thing when staffs don't care to attend the customer.
