Very bad place, lack of maintenance. From morning to till at night, various kinds of anti-social activities. It has turned into a drug den. Now its tradition is endangered.

A place of historical importance, under Archaeological Survey of India,belonging to the late medieval period around 1731,enclosed by walls..but not well maintained and lacking protection..almost deserted.

A very prominent historical place of the colonial serampore, previously known as fredricknagore. As the name suggests this place was used as a burial ground for the Danish people who colonised this place. The place is maintained by ASI. It is not beside a main road so people may face difficulty finding it. Some prominent Danish people of that time were buried here.
