Totally disappointed with the service. Waiters working there are very unprofessional and indecent. Yesterday we went there for refreshment and after payment they returned us 100/-less. We also took the amount in hurry and suddenly we realised and told him but repeatedly he said he had given one 100rs new note. We left the place. Amount is not a big matter but he was accusing us that we are telling lie. We have never seen such indecent people and service in any restaurant. This was the first and last time I visited there I think. Poor service unprofessional behaviour and indecent waiter what else we can expect from this place.

Food quality is awesome with a good ambience. But because of less manpower service is a bit late. Overall not a bad experience.

Just adjacent to the station. U can see the train passing by while seated. Staff is ok. Delivery time is quick. Surprisingly, there was a coffee house in Konnagar.. :)

Very poor service, actually they are not professional. We went there for refreshment and ordered one play baby corn amounting rs 150/- we paid bill in denomination of 500 rs. but instead of returning 350/- they returned only 250/- when we said our bill was 150/- & you have to return 350/- they repeatedly saying I returned rs. 350/- but it was not true, very unprofessional behaviour.never imagine such type of behaviour from a reputed restaurant.
