Excellent air carrier service provided by them.nThey offer economy, business class seats to major domestic routes as well as some minor routes are also being covered.nCustomer service is excellent!nWebsite is user friendly.nAnd fare is suitable for middle class people....

Very bad experience . Indigo does not have any office at the adress provided to google. They have already re allocated my flight to most inconvenient options twice since i booked the ticket. I m travelling with my sick mom and they are just making the situation worse.
