I went there in emergency. My father fall from stairs and was in intense pain. Nurse told us to wait in queue but I told her that my father needs a doctor urgently. She in reply said that everybody here is in emergency, just shut up and wait. This made me angry and I escalated directly to doctor, who didn't even listen and told us to get out despite seeing my father in pain. I looked around and honestly there was no other person who was in pain and needed urgent attention. This was really a disappointing experience as this is a reputed hospital. After some research, I got to know that he was not the doctor himself but some other doctor/ may be his son who was as arrogant as one could be, sitting there destroying the legacy of the hospital. I really don't know how such people get their degrees when only thing they can do is treat patients like some worms. Doctor's name was Dr. Karan ig.
