My experience is outstanding regarding promise and service

Worst dealer will hell of fake promises, took advance payment for 2 months, still not able to deliver the car

Poor Service Gesture and the worst dealer of Honda. If you're planning to exchange your old car, then don't execute a deal with them. They have incompetent staff like Singh Ji who will make fake promises and not get your old car registration changed. Its been two years since I bought a car from them and my old car's name hasn't been changed so far. Disappointing.

I bought a BRV from the Howrah Salap showroom Nov 19.Sorry to say but the sales service was horribl,.they were very customer unfriendly and i had awful experiences while exchanging my car .Post sales service too was dissatisfying.On the day of delivery inspite of booking a dropdown service and requesting them they couldn't provide with a driver (we were particularly upset with pur salesperson Mr Prasenjit)and the car was delivered almost one month after the promised date.Very bad experience overall.

we are trying to get statement of accounts for last year,but no reply/acknowledgement poor service
