Oh my god just worst experience ever very very unprofessional...... really regretting why i go to this spa there review was 5 stars thats why i went to this spa really i will recommend there are more professional spa in that area.nRecption 9/10nRoom 2/10nStaff 1/10nShower 3/10 3 only for the hot waternThey had steam bath it took forever for the steam to be ready. Really worst one in ludhiana.nIts bitter but its the truth. Person on the recption was nice and lenient...
