Just took a ride from Delhi Airport to Ludhiana. They charge you a fortune ₹2500 and bus is not multi-axle. Some seats have LCDs removed and others don't work. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Only 1 water bottle given.nAnd on top of this, they kept turning off A/C to save some bucks or god knows what. We have to complain to them to turn the A/C back on.nBus was told to leave at 11.30am, it left at 12.20pm. It was supposed to reach Ludhiana by 6-6.30pm, it reached by 8pm.nOne can get way much better option under 1,000.nnNever opt for it unless you have an emergency and have no other option.

Customer service is ridiculous in terms of liability, no one want to take responsibility for anything. Never book a ticket online with them, coz you will never know what bus you on or what time it is unless you call the customer care number, which is no good either. Only thing I like about this company is the timeline that they promise and have never been late than the estimated drop off time so far.

Bus service is good. WiFi is too slow can't even browse on the phone. Train departure time is on the time but arrival time is 1-2 hours latenComplimentary food is okay.nBlankets are too small .. TV doesn't work and few remotes are broken...nBed was comfortable but overall service could have been better ...
