Nice place with a very friendly restaurant owner who can offer great advice on anything inside Jaisalmer. Business has fallen behind due to a copycat around the corner. It offers a different angle from all the food available in the fort. We had nice dumplings, the soup was OK (we’re not great soup lovers).

After a long pause owing to the lockdown Free Tibet restaurant is open again. Its located inside the fort, offering a lovely view of the city and the fort. The food was equally delightful. Do not miss when you're in jaisalmer next.

Momos were just like in Tibet! Pizza was great too. Best food in the fort.nnDon't get it confused with the recently opened Little Tibet. This one is best!

This restaurant is just the best place in Jaisalmer. Be careful people confuse this place with the fake little Tibet a couple meters in front of the restaurant. Free Tibet is a little hidden in a side street. The food is spectacular, we loved it so much! Authentic, faire priced, the owner is such a friendly man and the staff is amazing. Good food, though service was a little slow (but I am guessing it was because most of the staff was on holiday due to Holi). Their chicken momos are good, so are the chicken spring rolls.. The chicken manchurian isn't that great.. PS: DO NOT confuse with the more recent restaurant Little Tibet..
