Shortage of sufficient number of trained mechanics. Irresponsible and partial behavior of office staff. They only prefer to entertain their local customers who visit often. Behavior of management is against the operational ethics of Renault India. The Renault should look into the matter and bound the dealer to obey the company’s business ethics and code of conduct.

The female staff was busy in entertaining the rich local customer’s instead of resolving the serious issues of out-station customer. Very disappointed with the work ethics of entire staff including office female staff, technical staff, mechanics and higher level managers of this service station. Worst Renault workshop ever visited in the entire India!

Very disappointed with the behavior and attitude of entire staff of this workshop. They only cooperate with their permanent customers, and harass out-station customers. Renault India should command the workshop management to recruit efficient, polite and responsible staff and mechanics. Worst car repairing experience of my entire life!

Extremely dissatisfactory service. Lack of work ethics. No orientation towards customer satisfaction. Inexperienced mechanics and very rude office staff, especially female staff those were busy in entertaining the rich local customers for their personal benefits. They do not intend to resolve the out-station customer’s issues. This service centre does not obey Renault’s code of ethics!

Most Terrible lifetime experience! Very rude office staff, especially female staff that prefer gossiping and chatting instead of resolving customer issues. They do not give preferences to out-station customers. We own three Renaults cars, and have visited many Renault Service Stations but it was the worst experience ever! It is the Worst Renault service centre in the entire nation! Renault India should take action against them.
