No customer oriented staff at ticketing counter

Worst flight experience of my life. Dubai to Jaipur flight is never on time. My flight was 2.30 hrs late. Heard from other passengers this flight is never on time. The reason im commenting is not coz flight was not on time. Imagine you get down after 6 hrs flight and wait for 1 hr for your luggage, No one tells you anything about your luggage , people have collected their luggage and left but few people like me are wondering whats happening where is our luggage. No one from Spicjet came and told us whats happening. When we started shouting and started enquiring about our luggage someone came and told us for 15 passengners luggage is not loaded. Spicejet had the list of passengers but never came and informed passengers that this has happened. Best part is for spicejet its a normal issue even after knowing they were saying dont worry you will get your luggage in 3 days. I was just thinking about fellow passengers who came to Jaipur only for 2 days, the guy who is getting married next day, asthma patient how they will manage without their luggage.
