It took them over a year to finally send a bill for services that were unsatisfactory. Kept saying I needed preauthorization to get a botox injection for my TMJ pain. They never said why. They did "a thorough" evaluation that I already knew the answers to. They couldn't administer this type of request because the doctor didn't "know me" Now getting threatening letters to pay the bill or else when you didn't do anything to help me anyways except be a classic case of major inconvenience. The bill itself gave one word one line answers that didn't answer anything.

I was referred to the university of Mn dental school from a community dental clinic I went to for 30 some years due to the complexity of my dental work. The dental school clinic had me come in over 20 plus times spending literally an average of 2 hours or more per time. Then after all this time the dental school clinic sends me a letter stating my work is too complex. Why did they wait over a year and 20 plus visits to tell me this? Plus now I have infected teeth and will loose my teeth and crowns on them. I am very sad about all this....

Avoid at all costs. The anesthesia the student injected must've damaged a nerve or something because now one side of my upper lip is permanently higher than the other. Look like i'm always making a face. Don't go there!

When a person does not dental insurance. It may take a little longer but it helps to know you are taken care of.

It's alright. I just like being myself and showing my tough side. Love being a student.
