Ballwin Dental Care

Absolutely loved my care at Ballwin Dental! The staff is always so kind and eager to help. I was able to schedule my appointment easily over text (with a real person--not a robot!) They even went the extra mile and contacted me when an opening became available earlier in the week for an appointment. While at the office, I felt the dental hygienist and dentist really cared about me and wanted to help me through any questions I had! I would recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a dentist! I just scheduled an appointment for my husband and will be referring friends as well!

Hi everyone I highly recommend this place for dental care. 1. They value your time. 2. Safety. (Doors are always locked so call them when you arrive.) 3. Dedicated Doctors ,Dental hygienist and staff. 4. Regarding bills its all depends on individual dental problem and dental insurance plan . 5. Its for adults and kids too. Family dental care. 6. Very clean and sanitized place from entrance to exit . I am very satisfied with there services and Dental Hygienist Adrian she is really good in her work. I had to find a new dentist due to retirement on my old dentist, I might add with no notice. I have always had a fear of dentists, bu I needed help because I had a tooth that broke off. I went on line and found Ballwin Dental in Ballwin which was close to my home. That was my lucky day, I met Dr. Janelle Peterson DDS and her assistant Sonya C. They treated ne with the greatest respect, explaining everything to me, what I needed and promptly developed a treatment plan for the work I needed. Dr. Janelle gave me choices and professional opinion. For the first time in my life I felt safe and my fear diminished and I scheduled my follow up appointments . I have now completed my treatment plan and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience. There needs to be more dentists like Dr. Janelle, caring, informative and gentle !! I never thought I would find this, I am the lucky one, and have referred my best friend that has not went to a dentist for several years and she to had a great experience.

I am seeing this kind of service providers for the first time, who always focus on getting extra billed(you may definitely realize it) from the patients! I feel NO quality in service! You can see/feel the same as I am that 'more artificial than professional'. We, friends and family realized this many times! Yes, the best option is to choose STAY AWAY!...and find the best provider in this area!

I've had good dental care here for two years now. They're punctual, staff is very well trained and I've never had any issues with billing or otherwise. On the contrary I've been pleased by the kindness and gentle touch, they've been patient and attentive to my anxiety while getting four cavities and cleanings completed. I was so pleased by the pain free experience last time that I said "I hope I have another cavity in six months!".
