The experience here is nice sanitized, but the rooms are not luxurious as expected

I visited this property with family for leisure purpose. The stay was excellent. Our kids too had some good time. The front desk staff were really very good. Especially i was pleased with Prashanth and Sarah from reception. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I would visit again for sure.

It was ok but as some reviews suggest, the food and service can be improved. While I stayed there the waiter threw my cup down and when I asked for a new one, as it was not my mistake, he said I would have to pay again. This is considered as bad service in my point of view. Although the rooms and the infrastructure where very beautiful and the are was well maintained
