My grandson had been going for years until today. Had an appointment and stayed over an hour and was never told why the backup. Appointments that was after our scheduled time was being seen before us. Was told that certain appointments were being seen first. Never have I seen a business just leave the customer sit there and take everyone else that came in after you first. Was told that we had to wait because they didn’t have a small room available. Worst dentist office ever.
