What a wonderful expesrience at Dental Health Associates. I had some major work done, which I was nervous about; but once I got there everyone was SO friendly, SO professional and SO upbeat. Rachel was the person who did the procedure. She is TERRIFIC! Knew her stuff, answered every single question I asked, and gave me a sense that she really cared about her patients. I recommend Dental Health Associates of Madison-Old Sauk Clinic VERY highly!

When my insurance changed, I picked Dental Health Associates and I am so happy I did! I found out that two of my best friends were already patients here, and they are as satisfied as I am. I felt completely safe going in for my routine cleaning and x-rays yesterday - I worry more about the staff than about myself! Due to covid a whole year had passed, but I have my next appointment scheduled so that I can get to see pictures of my hygienist's new baby! Great staff - and despite having practically no problems with my teeth, I am a bit dentist-phobic - no more!

I was referred to Dr. Ross Toigo after seeing a Endodontic Specialists. I am thankful to have a great dental team. From billing to hygiene and even scheduling my experience continues to be amazing. Dr. Ross is a good listener. He follows up with me and often has sound dental advise. I believe his attention to detail is exceptional. I am excited to have my daughter switch to the Old Sauk Clinic. I am actually looking forward to having dental appointments!

All around the experience was excellent, particularly considering the stressors of the pandemic. Carly, the hygienist, was a delight and clearly meticulous and thorough with none of the cuts and pains I have commonly experienced with scraping techniques. A great team.
