Worst and pathetic service. Highly unprofessional. They keep demanding extra money. But when it comes to service, they are slower than snails. Ms. Mamatha there is always ready to pick a fight and spoil everyone's mood. Please avoid this place. Even a local parlour does a much better job.

Worst service ever. Asked for layer cut for my long hair which they turned out to something unimaginable. Completely hopeless service.

No mainanance at all.. Ac's are not working which are mandatory for waxing, in one room there are no proper lights, have to switch on mobile light for the the waxing to be done. Inverter is motherboard working properly when power is off... Which causes more delay ,, worst maintainnce and taking more time for services than the usual
