Came to them months ago. Told them my past experiences with dentists and my fears. The main dentist ignored what was said and still shamed me. Made me feel bad for being in pain while they dug at my gums. The accounting office also lied about how much I would owe them, and told me AFTER my procedure that it would be much more rather than before. Horrible service. The dental assistant was incredibly nice but the dentist himself was incredibly inconsiderate. Would not recommend.

DHAM has today's safety protocols down pat, which makes one feel safe given the circumstances. The thing is, they've figured out how to be safe with literally no real disruption to visiting them. After that, I always get top notch care from the staff!

I have received great dental care for many years from this group. They are efficient, friendly and caring which helps me become more comfortable and calm during all dental procedures. I was especially impressed with the Covid 19 procedures that have been put in place at the clinic to help keep patients and staff safe during these uncertain times.

Staff clearly explained steps for coming in, I was greeted at door professionally, waiting room time was negligible, hygienist was very nice and professional, and of course Dr. Roggensack is a great dentist. Who could ask for anything more! Highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Grode and the staff provide skillful care and are happy to answer all questions. Excellent COVID precautions as well.
