Had a crown replaced today. Across the board everything was excellent. The entire staff are very friendly and especially professional. From the time I entered, they check in, the procedure and check out, everything was top notch. Dr. Smith is an outstanding dentist. She and her assistant were extremely professional. They both made me very comfortable and at ease. Explained the procedure from start to finish. Highly recommend West Chester Family Denistry!!!

Dr. Smith is extremely awesome. Her energy made you feel very comfortable. She’s very thorough with explanations and takes time to answer all of your questions. This office is really far advanced than other offices I’ve visited. The anxiety I did have was immediately gone at the point of check in. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this office to take care of all your dental needs.

Great facility. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Mr. Tran was insightful and let me know what’s going on with no questions left unanswered. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and seemed to want to help as much as they could and they give the impression that they really enjoy working there. Thanks again!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Tran and his staff. They were pleasant, professional, efficient , and knowledgeable. The service quality was excellent. I also appreciated the aesthetics and cleanliness of the office as well as the COVID -19 precautions that were in place. I felt safe.

I had to get a crown put on and was not looking forward to it. However, they put my mind at ease from the start. Deana was was so friendly and professional. Also, Dr. Smith was excellent. They had great teamwork and it was painless! They explained everything they were doing. They chatted, made jokes, and got the job done all in one sitting. I have great confidence in the staff and would highly suggest them!
