Dr Dave is one of a kind! No one can ever present thenself like Dr Dave! I gave kids that ranges from ages 28 to 12 yrs of age. Yes, Dr Dave has been around a while now. But I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my kid's and also my grandkids teeth, unless it's Dr Dave! Office staff is amazing! We always have a great experience with Dr Dave and the team!

Took my boys for the first time and our experience was exceptional!! Every person we came into contact with that worked there was so kind!

On 5/22/19 I took my two boys (13 and 4) for their 6 month cleaning appointments. I also had my 1 year old daughter with us (she did not have an appointment). The hygienist asked if she wanted to sit in the chair so she could get used to it and maybe warm up to the idea of it. I voiced that I didn’t have dental insurance on her yet and she told me that would be fine. She told me that I had to fill out paperwork though. So the hygienist counted her teeth and tried putting fluoride on them. Literally put it one tooth. I was kid of surprised that she did that because I thought that this was all to warm her up. The dentist walked in (while my daughter was in the chair) to check the boys and I guess checked her too. She sat in the chair a total of 2 minutes, no cleaning and fluoride on one tooth. I then received a bill for her for $222! Of course I called and the person I talked to told me that the office manager wasn’t in and she would call me the following Tuesday. Well she never called me so a week later I called her. Amy the office manager told me that she didn’t care that I didn’t have insurance on her that a lot of people come in without insurance and that she received the services that I’m being billed for. This office is shady. I was planning on bringing my daughter in as soon as my insurance had open enrollment again and I could add her to it. They fact that they say one thing that was supposed to be to warm a very young child into a scary thing that they aren’t used to and then charge you over $200 is ridiculous! My child didn’t receive the services that I got billed for. Amy told me that she did. When I asked for a camera to see if they had proof that she received all those she ignored me. The fact that this office thinks they can do this to people is very sad and very unfortunate for them because they just lost patients. I will never take my children here again.

Having twins that are almost 4 and both strong willed made me very anxious with how the visit would go. Even though I did get some of the reactions I expected out of my twins Lauren and Dr. Trish exceeded my expectations and we're so kind and reassuring not to mention fantastic with the kids! The kids loved the video games and play area in the waiting room. I can not recommend them enough and am so happy we choose Dr. Sullivan's practice!

My daughter, Caitlyn, was referred approximately 5 years ago to Dr. Sullivan for braces. He and his staff are truly the kindest people, very professional and take great care of her every time we go. Very clean facility and super kind staff. She has contunued going there even after her braces came off. Love Dr. Dave!!
