I strongly recommend Six pac gym. Special thanks to Mr.Suresh and Mr.Mallesh for their constant follow up.nThey not only monitor exercise but also give tips on diet.nnHere is my real experience....nInitially I was reluctant to go and exercise....nReasons are No reduction in weight, sometimes slight Increase in my weight. ButnThen I understood that Its because of increase in muscle mass and decrease in fat ud83eudd29 and not because of actual fat increase.nnNow I got habituated to go everyday for my good health and for stress free life.nnGive it a try! The day will be really good !

This is the good gym in uppal depo area.the trainers are good and there is a separate room for girls and Ac is also available.
