Centerville Pediatric Dentistry

We have been going here a couple years now and highly recommend it! My daughter’s (3 and 5) love coming to the dentist. The waiting room is bright, colorful, clean and fun! The staff is all very friendly. Dr. Bhatti is amazing with my girls. You can tell he loves what he does!

We had a horrible experience. My son went in for a 6 month cleaning. It was determined he needed a tooth filled due to cavity. They decided to do this same day. My nine year old was very apprehensive. They dentist was surprised he was so upset. We came here, because our previous ped dentist was called into active duty(they were awesome!) I thought the whole concept of pediatric dentistry was to help children through difficult procedures. My son was anxious. The dentist kept repeating that no one else acted like this. I find that hard to believe. I would think twice about choosing this pediatric dentist. The hygienist was very sweet. She was the only positive thing about this visit. We will NOT be back.

We had a horrific experience there. We waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes, and the office staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long. People who came after us were escorted in before us. We left even without being seen by anyone. It was just traumatizing. How could anyone do such a thing in the time of pandemic? They made no conscientious effort to care people. In response to the comment below, I must say that the fact that they do not reach out to me by using the phone number they already have indicates the level of their customer service. They do have my information and can call me if they care. Their apathetic approach to their patients is utterly disappointing.

The atmosphere for this pediatric dentist office is welcoming for both parents and kids. My daughter gets really nervous about going to the dentist. For this latest visit, Jill was very patient and creative on ways to check and clean her teeth and ensure my daughter had a great experience. Thank you again, Jill! We truly appreciate the extra effort! Also, for anyone concerned with COVID-related precautions, the office has safety steps in place that balance bringing safety to both staff and patients while maintaining the friendly atmosphere of the office.

Apparently they do not want new patients. I called to see if they were accepting new patients as I am looking for a pediatric dentist for my son. After reading all the great reviews I thought they seemed like a great fit for my son! When I called On July 1st I got the answering machine which I left my information and asked if they were accepting new patients and if someone could please call me back. I never did receive a call back but got a text asking if there was something they could help me with over text message. So I text back asking if they were accepting new patients and gave them my insurance information. NEXT DAY I get a response from Kate asking what kind of insurance does my child have. Again I respond with what kind of insurance my child has and still no reply or call back a week later. If it is this impersonal and difficult to get answers from this dental office, I’ll pass. Poor customer service! Seems as if they don’t need new patients or care to! If that’s the case a response letting me know would have been appreciated! Makes me wonder how difficult it is to get in for an appointment here?! I’ll look for a different pediatric dentist with better customer service!
