Very mesmerizing view from the River Gang. To see the Indian faith and believes, It is wonderful place. The enchanting bells sounds gives you meditative environment in between the huge crowd. The normal days crowd of Varanasi is much more dense then Delhi/Mumbai traffic.nPeople are not aware of cleanliness of river, that's why minus 1 star.

The place is calm, clean and have a very positive environment. Well if seen with a perspective of following covid-19 guidelines the place isn't safe at all, people aren't following social distancing even many of them even don't wear a mask. Keeping these apart ganga aarti is good opportunity to feel the god around and near you.The performance is magical, there are chairs available to seat and see the program. In total ganga aarti is amazing as usual. A must visit thing !

Ganga aarti means worship of Ganga. Lots of people visit this place for Ganga aarti everyday at 06:00 pm - 07:00 pm (Daily). The priest hold large fire bowls in their hands, the bells in the temples at the Ghat start ringing and the chants of mantras flowing out in the air. People float diyas, with flowers on Ganga. The shadow reflects on the river and lighting diyas on flowing Ganga looks so beautiful that cannot be expressed in words. It is a very fascinating experience to participate in the Ganga Aarati performed in the evening at Dashaswamedh ghat. This place is famous for its Ganga Aarti at dusk among tourists as well as devotees.
