Love this place. Though the area is bit small but you will get all the equipments there including a punching bag. The owner and trainier are very good. If you go there and take a personal trainer then go for Nitish.. He is the best.

Equipments are very less and mostly the trainers are so mannerless that they dont know how how to talk to their clients.and its over rated gym

Very small gym. You cannot do even pushups properly. And it is generally crowdy.
