The best meditation practise that works in accordance with real life. Such a pure and natural process of dharma to work on. In a deeper level it is a concept of clearing once own karma and just not about leading a peaceful & happy life As far as the technique is concerned it is a wonderful tool brought about from our ancient India by the precious teachings of BUDDHA. The meditation requires long hours of sitting which initially our mind wont be accepting but it is about getting mastery over ones own self. My advice is see what works for u then you choose your path. I suggest people to go in winter season preferably to have a smoother experience. This particular centre is pleasant with simple facilities. Vipasanna Meditation requires great levels of dedication, will & determination so please prepare your mind strongly that you will stay there for 10days no matter what happens and then you automatically start seeing changes for good happening in your life. Reap what you sow!
