Just like the other reviewers, I do not recommend this place at all. I live in Philly and was ordering for my mother’s birthday. I ordered the punch of color, but what she received was not at all what was ordered and looked very cheap and pitiful. I have ordered from florists in the area many times with great results, but Andrew’s is a thumbs down. You’d probably have better luck paying a blind man to stop at Publix and still get better results...

I received a bouquet for my birthday and they were stunning! The bouquet was probably one of the nicest I’ve ever received. I don’t know if they delivered all the way from St. Pete to where I live for delivery, considering that’s well of a 45 minute drive, but if they did then they went above and beyond to have these flowers delivered to me! I would highly recommend them and honestly would use them in the future myself!

5 stars all day! Andrew's on 4th has always hooked me up with the best quality flowers money can buy. I come in here once a month, sometimes twice, and every time the experience and quality are top notch. Most of the time I come in, I have no idea what I'm looking for. I come in tell them the occasion and just an idea of what I want. They have always been flexible and accommodating to what I need. I tried another flower shop one time and my girlfriend actually noticed the difference in lower quality and asked if I had gone somewhere else. I will not go anywhere else while I live in the area. Again, nothing but praise to give this place!

I ordered flowers for a birthday celebration. I received an email confirmation that the flowers had been delivered so I was disappointed to learn from the intended recipient that they had never been delivered. (Someone was home all day!) I called immediately to see what had happened. I was put on hold for 23 minutes. No one ever returned to my call. However, an hour later the flowers were delivered. (see photo below) Since they weren't delivered until an hour after I contacted the company, (2 hours after receiving a delivery confirmation)Even though the flower arrangement is as ordered, I am only giving 3 stars. Customers should not have to complain to get what they have paid for.

The absolute worst flowers with ever received. Looks like they went and cut flowers out of a hayfield and put them in a arrangement. Paid $81 and I am so beyond disappointed. When I called the shop owner they said next time I should just call the corner store and order flowers from them, LOL! This place is a joke stay away they are thieves. Stealing Hard earned money from people and then laughing at you over the phone when you call with your concern. Secondly they were supposed to be delivered the day before today. And he said that’s not my problem our truck driver broke down, but the event was yesterday when we needed the flowers for today it doesn’t really matter that the flowers actually showed up. What a joke!!nSTAY AWAY
