I stopped in the shop on a Saturday to see if I could get some small bouquets for my wedding on 9/26... I choose to check here because of the close location to home. I’m not sure who helped me, but she was very sweet and helpful... I showed her some pictures of ideas that I liked... I wasn’t looking for anything specific, just simple and nice....nI asked if someone else could pick up the order for me, I paid and left them to be creative! I was so very happy with the final product! My flowers were just perfect! I couldn’t have asked for more! Completely satisfied!nI wish I knew how to show picts of them!

I highly recommend Symes & Sons the next time you're purchasing flowers. I'm in Chicago and luckily found them through a Google search to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend in Ohio. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and sweet, making sure I was sending the most beautiful flowers I could. They were a hit! So thank you Symes & Sons for all the help! And to show how much they care about their business, I got a call back from them asking me how she liked them. If you're searching, it should stop here. The best! A++

Website states same day delivery if ordered by noon, however as I was awaiting my daughter in law to give birth, I attempted to order at 11:45am and received a call shortly thereafter that they had already been to the hospital that day and would not be making another trip. Since it was a Saturday, they would not be able to deliver until Monday. Since I would be visiting prior to then, it wouldn't make any sense to have it delivered then along with possibility she wouldn't even be there. Guess I should be grateful they were willing to cancel the order, but buyer beware that what is posted about ordering is not correct! Fortunately, I was able to find another place and order before noon for SAME day delivery as promised on their website!
