Our water heater expired on New Year's Eve. A call to Absolute Plumbing resulted in Nick being dispatched. He arrived a set to worknNick was considerate & clearly explained to options & cost. He finished the work & left the house in good order, having put tarps down & wearing booties over his shoes. Excellent service.

Our technician was Nick. He was very nice and explained and showed us where the clog was and how to do it. I also appreciated he was willing to change our caulk on our bathtub even though he was only here to unclog our tub. He went above and beyond to help fix our tub and now we can enjoy a shower without the tub full of water by our ankles!!!!

They actually called me to complete annual service. I have been wanting to update a couple things. The technician, Matt, gave me options. There was no pressure to buy anything. He took his time, did a thorough job and explained everything. Very happy with the experience.
