My call was answered right away. It wasn't an emergency situation so I chose the next available day. The front desk called me when the plumber was on his way. The man who came by was very courteous and explained everything to me. I felt really comfortable. If I ever need emergency work or any plumbing done at all, I will contact them again.

My kitchen sink was clogged and overflowed when our upstairs neighbors ran water in their sink. Totally unexpected and a mess. My son and I bailed the sink and Pope's technician came the next day. He was very professional and explained every thing to me in terms I could understand. Fixed the problem in no time. Wonderful company to work with starting with the first late night call. Now if they just offered clean up services, too, I would give them 10 stars.

Michael and Josh serviced the water leak underneath my house today. I was very impressed with them both! They were extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the process. I was so pleased with the customer service of this company from beginning to end. They were affordable and did a great job! I was provided world class customer service from my very first phone call I made to Pope Plumbing. A technician arrived in a very timely manner and determined I had a slab leak. A noisy one for sure!! The next day Jason came out and worked magic. He was able to fix a complex problem in my home. He was my mindful of my pets, home office, and child. Total professional!! I truly appreciate Chris & Jason's expertise. 100% recommended!
