Micah was careful disassembling the system, troubleshot and fixed my heater issue. Micah was polite, professional and competent in his job. First time using them! He was on time and repaired what I thought was about to be a huge nightmare! Know where your sewer trap drain is located outside or it cost more to run snake from inside. Great guy, pleasant and thorough with his work. They are a little pricey but we didn’t have an option to shop pricing. The job was to remove the toilet, run a snake (soft clog) in line, replace the flange that was broken and put it all back. However, working toilets and bathrooms are priceless! You won’t be disappointed with the work! Thanks Robert and we will locate that trap for future!
