Lutz was fantastic to work with. Their communication and customer service focus really are amazing. I called them recently for a minor issue, they quickly coordinated a time to come to my house to fix. Before the appointment time, I got a call from the technician (Brent) and then immediately also got a text with Brent's profile with the company. It included a picture of what he looked like, his experience level, and hobbies he enjoys. This is a very unique touch from a customer service standpoint, to send a picture and profile like this so I knew what to expect as a customer. Brent quickly reviewed my issue, explained their up-front pricing approach (so I didn't have hidden fees after work was done), and then promptly resolved my issue. I would highly recommend Lutz for any plumbing needs!

Great service. They were on time and fixed the issue quickly. Very helpful and kind. Answered all of my questions and showed me how to fix/gave me advice so that I could do it myself if it happens again. Very affordable. Highly recommend

We were beyond pleased with our service. Our provider was very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend Lutz to anyone with a service need or needing to install something new. We got the Pro Systems Whole House Carbon Filter and have been very happy with the results! We were so happy we signed up for their membership which involves annual maintenance checks on our home's plumbing.

William was our technician today, he removed a broken water heater and installed a new one. Job site was left very clean (much appreciated), great care was taken removing the old one and bringing in the new which wasn’t easy considering he had to go down a steep side yard with lot of steps in the snow we just had, dismantle a gate and reattach it afterward so he could get onto the deck, he did it while keeping his pleasant attitude! He showed me what he had done and explained the new model after he was finished, I’m very pleased with Lutz plumbing and the quality of the technicians they hire reflects on their high standards. I don’t bother to look anywhere else when I require the services of a plumber! Thank you for being so dependable!

Lutz was professional and helpful from the initial call made to the office to the gentleman that was dispatched to our home to help with the issue. They were efficient and well priced. We will continue to use Lutz and I have already recommended them to several neighbors.
