The place was simply great. Top of Darjeeling. From the room balcony one can enjoy great natural view of Darjeeling. It's a great feeling when one discover himself over the cloud. I heard that on a shiny day one can experience a great view of mount kanchanjongha. People were very friendly and helpful. We got hot water 24 hours. It's located in a high place that's why sometimes it's tough for children and guardians who are not physically active. But it's simply great place for a family living.

Affordable place and friendly staff. Room 401 is the best, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Stayed here in December 2017. Rooms need some maintenance like painting the walls and electrical maintenance, but that did not cause any bad experience. Would stay again in the same room next time I visit Darjeeling

The hotel is very bad.room are cold like minus 20 and no heater and no hot water. I request every one not to go to this hotel. My experience is very bad. Totaly disappointing.

The Hotel is really good. It offers rooms in a reasonable rate and the service and behaviour beyond anything I have ever experienced. The view from the balcony is also mesmerizing. Food is expectionally good especially the chinese cuisine. The only con about this hotel is that it does not offer non-veg items except for egg.

The hotel is located far from market and situated upside the Darjeeling town. It is difficult for elderly people to reach the hotel by foot. It is a average budget hotel. View of the valley and mount Kanchangangha is beautiful only from two rooms. Other rooms are small and closed. No telephone/intercom service from room to reception/ restaurant. Even there are no calling bell switch in the room for room service. In the website of the hotel the hotel authority mentioned the hotel as two star rating to attract tourists. Minimum services is not available at this hotel. Though they are providing Wi Fi service but the quality is very poor. It was a horrible experience for us. We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in the month of December'18. Food quality was not good. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would suggest not to book this hotel.
