Clean and beautiful rooms they got.. especially #102 which got a direct and entire view of Darjeeling.. food preparation was late but they make it all fresh and they don't keep anything prepared.

The view from the room is mesmerizing with a calm ambience but there's network issue and the wifi doesn't work all the time. Room service is fine and food is okay. There is also a problem of hot water... It is available only 2 hours in the morning.

Its a horrible experience. We Booked via Oyo and they denied to check in. Worst behaviour from reception. That lady was busy watching movies. Location is far from mall. Contested area entry. Don't ever book this hotel. You ll find more cheaper hotel and good location also.

We stayed for 2 nights.The staffs were so good and very well behaved. Great window view from the room. It is 15 mins away from the mall and the road is a bit steep otherwise everything is good. Bikash of the reception was a very nice guy we forgot to bid him good bye before departure any way overall it was a great experience.

Bad experience with the hotel and also with OYO rooms (301,302). Won't recommend to anybody. Management is poor with no responsibilities. Rooms are small, with seapage and smelly. Flush not working, gyser not working, no lights in the night. Food service late. Kitchen surroundings unclean. Blankets are dusty and with faul smell.
