Good group of people who are trying to deal with folks who are upset but don't understand Arkansas Labor Laws & are looking for someone to blame.

This department is a waste of our state taxes. My husband never received the employers check in the mail although the state had it in their possession. Somehow it was lost between the state and the post office. The employer is under no obligation to rewrite a check so they do not enforce anything. I lived in California and they dont play around both parties show up and the department makes a decision right there and you receive the check in your hand immediately. If your employer screwed you, dont bother because the state doesn't give a damm. They need to redo all there procedures and fire those in charge.

This is the biggest waste of tax payer money in Arkansas. They are no help at all.

They are letting the company I work with get away with working their employees 7+ hours with NO breaks!! They seriously need to check Sonic drive-in's records!!
